About the Author
My name is Tali Levin and I am passionate about fitness, with a focus on running, cycling and yoga. I have been a vegetarian since 2010 and have enjoyed exploring meal options and alternatives throughout the years. My most recent and monumental accomplishment toward my wellness was completing the 2014 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon! Through training I developed a great awareness of my body, mind and spirit, a drive to plan, assess and track progress, a hunger for researching and expanding my knowledge, and a dedication to my personal growth that I now hope to pass onto you as work on your own aspirations.
